In this project GSpillar screwpiles were used as a basis for massive wooden construction.
GSpillar G89 PRO ground screw can be used as single 1.5m deep unit or with 1.0m long extensions, depending on design loads and soil conditions.
M230 adapter, used in the project, serves as a flat base for timber beams/columns. Flange top allows to build up using any angle in horizontal plane.
Screwpiles are installed according to technical drawings in order to correspond to main construction’ pivot points.
