G-profile groundscrews were used in combination with M-adapter in order set basis for wooden pathway

Despite hard soils and temperature fluctuations, pile montage can take place during the winter season.

Screw pile foundations are versatile and are widely used for terraces, pathways and staircases.

A total of 46 groundscrews were installed according to provided distances

M-adaptors were used with G-type groundscrews in order to provide even surface for living unit montage.

In addition, screw pile load test was performed with the help of dedicated machinery to obtain maximal stress value on every unit.

In this project GSpillar screwpiles were used as a basis for massive wooden construction.

GSpillar G89 PRO ground screw can be used as single 1.5m deep unit or with 1.0m long extensions, depending on design loads and soil conditions.

M230 adapter, used in the project, serves as a flat base for timber beams/columns. Flange top allows to build up using any angle in horizontal plane.

Screwpiles are installed according to technical drawings in order to correspond to main construction’ pivot points.
